These terms apply to your use of our client portal, CargoDocs (docs.cargoland.nl) — where suppliers, customers and staff of Cargoland can view their declarations, runs, invoices and documents.
Access to CargoDocs is granted only by invitation from Cargoland B.V., as part of an existing business relationship (supplier, customer or employee). There is no open registration. By logging in you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. If you suspect misuse of your account, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can block it.
CargoDocs gives you insight into data that already exists at Cargoland: your invoices, the status of declarations, departed runs and agreed costs. The portal is for informational purposes and does not replace official customs documents, invoices or other formal correspondence — in case of any discrepancy, the original document prevails.
We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, faults or updates may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for damage arising from temporary unavailability of the portal.
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy. By using the portal you agree to that processing.
The software, design and content of CargoDocs are the property of Cargoland B.V., with the exception of your own data (invoices, documents) that you provide to us or that are shown to you through the portal.
The portal is provided as-is, as a supplementary viewing tool alongside our services. The underlying terms of the actual logistics and customs services — rates, liability, delivery conditions — are governed by the separate agreements between Cargoland and you, not by these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the portal, for example when the underlying business relationship ends, in case of misuse, or if we suspect a security risk.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. For material changes we will notify active users by e-mail.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
