About us
Cargoland has been part of the flower and plant trade since 2000. For the past 26 years we've worked closely with the flower auction and exporters here in Aalsmeer, handling export logistics for cut flowers, potplants and other perishables. In 2016 the business continued in its current form as Cargoland B.V. — the same people, the same close relationships, a sharper structure. Within that trade, our particular strength is Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on Ukraine: a region with its own paperwork, timing and pitfalls that generic freight forwarders rarely master.

What we do
From the paperwork on a single pallet to a full truck of mixed cargo, we handle the export side so your goods keep moving.
Cut flowers, potplants, bulbs and other perishables — export handled by people who know the product, not just the paperwork.
We collect supplier invoices, prepare export declarations (EXA1) and track the customs confirmations, so every truck leaves with correct, complete paperwork.
A large part of what we ship goes to Eastern Europe, especially Ukraine — routes with extra steps most forwarders rarely see. It's ground we know well, from transit documents to border confirmation.
Ukraine & humanitarian aid
When the war started in 2022, Cargoland used the same trucks, the same routes and the same export know-how that normally move flowers and bulbs to also move humanitarian aid into Ukraine. It wasn't a separate initiative — it was the same team doing what it already did best, for a cause that mattered more than usual. We're proud that a business built on commercial flower exports could, when it counted, also carry help to people who needed it.
