Cargoland has been active in flower and bulb logistics since 2000. In 2016 the business continued in its current form as Cargoland B.V. — the same people, the same focus, a sharper structure. Over those years we've built a specific strength: preparing export documentation for trucks headed to Ukraine, a route with its own paperwork, timing and pitfalls that generic freight forwarders rarely master.

What we do

We collect supplier invoices, prepare export declarations (EXA1) and track the customs confirmations, so every truck leaves with correct, complete paperwork.
Shipments to Ukraine involve extra steps most forwarders rarely see. It's the route we know best, from transit documents to border confirmation.
Ukraine & humanitarian aid
When the war started in 2022, Cargoland used the same trucks, the same routes and the same export know-how that normally move flowers and bulbs to also move humanitarian aid into Ukraine. It wasn't a separate initiative — it was the same team doing what it already did best, for a cause that mattered more than usual. We're proud that a business built on commercial flower exports could, when it counted, also carry help to people who needed it.
